Board of Education

The Kent City Community Schools Board of Education meets on the second Monday of each month. The meetings begin at 6:00 pm and are held in the boardroom at the Administration Building located at 200 N. Clover Street.

Notice of Budget Hearing

Kent City Community Schools Board of Education will hold a public hearing on June 22, 2026 at 5:30 p.m. at 200 N. Clover St., Kent City, MI 49330 to review the proposed 2026-27 budget.  

The Board may not adopt its proposed 2026-27 budget until after the public hearing. A copy of the proposed 2026-27 budget including the proposed property tax millage rate is available for public inspection during normal business hours at 200 N Clover St, Kent City, MI 49330.  

The property tax millage rate proposed to be levied to support the proposed budget will be the subject of this hearing. 

This notice is given by order of the Board of Education.
