KCMS Lunch Menu
Attention all student-athletes:
Kent City Athletic Workouts are back! We will be conducting workouts in the weight room on Monday and Wednesday and speed and agility workouts in the hallways on Tuesday and Thursday. Workouts will last about 1 hour, with a 3:00 p.m. start time. If you are currently out of season, plan on attending. If you are currently in-season, you are encouraged to attend if it does not interfere with your regularly scheduled practice or games. Our workouts are open to all students in grades 6-12.
Calling ALL student athletes!
Coach Kutzli will be starting an "Olympic Lift Friday" every Friday, right after school from 3 to 3:40. The Olympic Lifts that he will be focusing on include: clean, dead-lift, front squat, and incline bench press. These lifts force the body to use multiple joints in order to complete a movement, making YOU a better overall athlete. Each week will be focusing on one lift only, starting with very low weight to perfect the movement. Meet outside the cage.
