Dear Parents and Guardians,

Kent City Schools recognizes the critical importance of ensuring every student has access to nutritious meals each day. Kent City applied and was approved for the Federal Community Eligibility Provision (CEP), which allows all students to receive free meals while at school. Because of this approval, students will continue to receive free meals for the 2025-2026 school year regardless of what happens with the budget at the state level.

We continue to encourage all families to complete the Education Benefit Form, which will help us continue to receive the Federal CEP grant. You can access the form at https://kentcity.familyportal.cloud/.

Fall 2025 Practice Dates and Parent Information      Spanish Version

MHSAA Physical Exam Requirement for 2024-25 School Year 

Any student-athlete who has not had sports physical dated on or after April 15, 2024 will need to set up an appointment with their doctor to have an exam completed before participating in athletics. Families wishing to still have a physical exam completed are also welcome to do so. For those student-athletes, please print and take one of the following forms to your appointment.
